Please read these terms before using Life in the UK Mock Test, operated by XenAI Limited ("we", "us", "our").
Life in the UK Mock Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Home Office, GOV.UK, or any government body. The official Life in the UK test is booked through GOV.UK and administered on behalf of the Home Office. This site is an independent study aid. Passing our practice tests is not a qualification and does not guarantee that you will pass the official test.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
A practice tool for the Life in the UK test. It provides mock tests in the same shape as the real one, 24 questions in 45 minutes with 18 correct to pass, along with topic practice, a study guide, saved mistakes and progress tracking. Where AI explanations are available they are generated automatically and may occasionally be wrong; the official handbook remains the authority.
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person: sharing logins is not permitted, and we may suspend accounts that appear to be shared.
Without an account you can take one free test per day, counted per internet connection. With a free account you get one full mock test per day, unlimited topic practice, your saved mistakes list, and a limited number of AI explanations each day. The free tier stays free.
Paid plans remove the daily limit and add exam mode and AI explanations on every answer. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include any applicable tax. Payment is handled by Stripe.
You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next payment and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no separate billing portal to visit and you do not need to email us to cancel.
Please do not scrape the Service, use automated tools against it, attempt to extract the question bank, resell access, or copy our content. We may suspend accounts that do.
The questions, explanations, study guide text and software are owned by or licensed to XenAI Limited. You may use them to prepare for the test. You may not copy, republish or distribute them.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. This removes your data as described in our privacy policy. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account cancels it.
The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we do not promise any particular result in the official test.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
